Australian Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During the sale and Christmas periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on NSW public holidays.

Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped.

International Shipping

International Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in your country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed is your responsibility. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as “merchandise” even if you are buying them as a gift for someone else.

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
