24 hour cancellation policy
To manage your booking, you can either use your Custom Portal or contact us promptly. Please phone the studio on 0499330003 or email email@example.com to arrange a change or cancellation.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the treatment time will incur the deposit fee.
Cancellations via social media messaging are not accepted and will result in loss of 50% deposit fee.
No-show cancellation policy
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.
Late appointment policy
To respect the time of clients, I ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have this time reduced from the treatment time.
Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.
Client medical consent form
Please ensure that you have completed the client medical intake form 24 hours prior to your appointment. If this has not been completed it may result in loss of treatment time.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment.
Should such a cancellation occur within 24 hours prior to your appointment time due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, a new appointment will be scheduled based on availability.
